Plantool have recently begun taking on apprentices to better support the future of our industry. We are recruiting for two of our largest sites, Daventry and Warwick, where all the apprentices we train will have access to some of the highest quality training programmes, knowledge, and practical skills available within the plant and tool hire sector.

Apprentices are very valuable to the future of any profession - particularly occupations that involve specific technical training and skills. Our apprentices will go on to help fill the skills gap in the UK, and as an expertly trained and highly skilled workforce, apprentices are in a great position to undertake a career that makes the most of these skills and set themselves up for the future.

At Plantool we understand that studying may not be the best route for everybody, which is why we offer apprenticeships as an alternative option for young people looking for a job but who want to keep learning new skills. There is currently an estimated 20,000 per year shortfall of skilled candidates across many industries in the UK. .

All our apprentices have their own individually tailored learning plans created to best suit them, their interests, and the future of plant and tool hire. As we are also a provider of IPAF, PASMA, and IOSH training programmes, our apprentices have access to valuable industry resources throughout their time with us, as well as learning with the most up-to-date pieces of equipment available, from leading brands such as Hilti.

We currently have an offer available for delegates and apprentices who wish to attend any of our training courses. Any delegate wishing to bring an apprentice to any of our courses will be able to bring the apprentice for half price. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills yourself and help your apprentices gain new knowledge too.
